How the BiteKarma score works
Each routine inspection starts at 100 and loses 7 points for every critical violation and 2 for every other one, half again as much when the same problem was cited at one of the two inspections before. A failed inspection counts as 69 at most. The score averages the five newest routine inspections, with the most recent counting most, and stays below 70 for 90 days after a fail unless the restaurant passes again. 90 and up is excellent, 80s good, 70s fair, and below 70 poor.

- Minor Walk-in cooler measure an ambient temperature of 46-47 F at time of inspection. Meat and cheese sandwiches and Naked beverages labeled keep refrigerated are stored in this unit. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods (PHF's) are cold held at 41 F or below. Person in charge (PIC) stated facility got a delivery about an hour ago which may be why walk-in cooler is above 41 F. Instructed PIC to relocate sandwiches and Naked beverages to an alternative refrigeration unit measuring below 41 F. Monitor temperature of walk-in cooler and immediately repair/adjust to cold hold at 41 F or below. Discontinue storing any PHF's in unit unless cold holding at 41 F or below.
